- Click total.
- Go to pay by credit card and pro-vide your name, shipping address and credit card details.
- Input the ID number of the Wellnes Consultant who introduced you to Nikken. You cannot order without a Wellness Consultant’s ID number.

talk to one, click I want to be contacted by a Wellness Con-sultant and key in your contact number. A Wellness Consultant will call as soon as possible. If you want to reach us immediately, click Contact Us on the bar above.
- If you only want to buy the products, click let Nikken provide beside box for the ID number.
- If you want to sign up as a Wellness Consultant, click sign up. You will also need a sponsor. Put in the name of the person who introduced you to Nikken or, if you don’t know anybody, click let

Nikken provide. You will automatic-ally be given a sponsor who will contacts you as soon as possible.
- Once you fill up the form, click print and sign wherever your signature is requested.
- Fax your form to Nikken at (632) 6370193 in Metro Manila and 1 (800) 8886562 outside Metro Manila.
- If you wish to cancel your order, while in the Shopping Cart, just click the clear orders button. If you have already sent your fax, then Contact Us to follow it up for you.
