When they reach the rank of silver, they are no longer considered part of your personal group, but you continue to earn a leadership bonus of 6% from them. This is the fourth way you earn in Nikken. The fifth way to earn is through incentive bonuses. After you reach the rank of gold, you can qualify for your Nikken car. If you meet the qualification requirements, Nikken will tell you what is the value of the brand new car that you can get. You choose the car and Nikken gives you a monthly check to help pay for your monthly installments. If your downline network is big and active enough, your monthly checks from Nikken should cover your monthly installments. After you get your car, you can qualify for your Nikken home. Apart from the car and house, there are also travel incentives. Nikken periodically holds contests and the winners get free trips to Nikken conventions and events here and abroad. When you climb higher in the ranks of Nikken, you get other bonuses like a clothing allowance for representing the company as a Royal Ambassador. The higher you go, the more incentives there are to keep you going.
