When I went back to live with the family, my mom had just passed away from leukemia. My dad, a tall, big man, was gray in color, stooped and walked with a slow six-inch shuffle. We thought we were going to lose him, too, because there’s a saying when spouses are so close in life, one quickly follows the other in death. My dad appeared to be a candidate for that.

  My friend, Kata Bellosillo, told me there were studies in the United States that showed that diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, low immune system and obesity were all related to a lack of quality sleep. Ooops, I said. Four out of five for my dad.

  So I watched my dad. At 10 in the evening, he was playing solitaire. At two in the morning, when I went down for a glass of water, he was playing solitaire. At six in the morning, when I went down for an early breakfast, he was already having an earlier breakfast.

Dad,” I asked, “didn’t you sleep?”
“A little,” he answered.
“Why only a little?”

“I’m taking diuretics. When I wake up to go to the bathroom, I can’t fall asleep right away,” he explained.

  We put him on the Nikken Sleep System. After two months, during

his regular medical check up, the doctor said, “Your blood sugar is in the normal range and your blood pressure is under control. We’ll reduce your medication.” That was good news to me.

  Over the past five years, we’ve saved on less medication and, by the grace of God, no hospitalization. Prior to his using Nikken, my dad used to be hospitalized once or twice a year.   My dad recently celebrated his 76th birthday. At his age, he still drives. He sometimes even gets home later than I do. He plays chess with his peers, and visits his younger siblings and cousins. He’s the oldest among the Gamboas and the healthiest of his generation. He still gets the occasional cough and cold, but shakes it off quickly. And his disposition is cheerful and pleasant.

  I believe my investments in Nikken have been worth every centavo and we have reaped multiple returns already. We’re all healthier at home — family members and our helpers, too. Plus, for us who take care of my dad, there’s this one big benefit: we’re not taking care of a sick, old man, but a healthy, cheerful one. And that makes a very big difference in the quality of all our lives. Thank God for Nikken!

  I work outdoors and I’m under the sun practically the whole day because we are developing an ecological park. Usually, at the end of the day, when I get home, I’d have no energy for my children. I’d have a headache. Nobody could talk to me. I’d just go to sleep.

  I told my son to drink the water and wash his face with it. And he did. After about two weeks, his pimples started to disappear, and now they’re all gone!

  After that, I decided to use the Optimize water on my butterflies as well. Previously, I would mix tap water and honey and let them sip this before releasing them. They were OK. But when I used Optimized water with the honey, the butterflies were stronger. They flew higher, lived longer and were better.
