Two years ago, I was in agony. I couldn’t walk normally anymore because of my kneecap problem. I didn’t have cartilage anymore in my knees and in my hips. And I had osteoporosis. When I walked, I had to limp and it was painful. Especially at night, it was as if pain was drilling into my bones. I was in the hospital for knee surgery, but, at the last minute, the doctors said I shouldn’t have it. I resigned myself to living a painful existence.

  One day, my friend Daisy Chi and I went shopping. I had difficulty walking, so I took two pills. She told me to stop taking those medicines because it would hurt my kidneys and my liver. She brought me to Nikken. That was the first time I heard about Nikken.

  At Nikken, she showed me the CardioStrides. I hesitated because, to me, they looked so ugly. I’m vain. I like pretty shoes and I like to dress up. The CardioStrides were so big and bulky. I didn’t want to buy it, but I bought other Nikken products.

  Patiently, Daisy kept urging me to try the CardioStrides. Finally, one day, I relented. I put the CardioStrides on. It was so heavy, one kilo per foot. But, after about

10 minutes, the heaviness was gone. And I felt that my body was straight and I was able to walk. So I bought it and wore it everyday.

  A week later, I went out with my family. They noticed that I was walking so well and I was not limping anymore. And I forgot myself. I started to shop, eagerly walking so fast — to their surprise. My son said, “Mommy, will you please take it easy because you might trip and fall.”

  After using the CardioStrides for some time and sleeping on the Sleep System at night and drinking Optimized water, I noticed that my knee was not troubling me anymore, and the pain in my hip was relieved. I could even use pretty ladies’ shoes and walk.

  I thought at first that the CardioStrides were ugly, but they’re the most beautiful shoes in the world because, with them, I can walk. I can’t stop telling my friends about it.

  I was fine until early this year (2005) when I suffered a dislocation of the fourth and fifth bones in my central nervous system. The bones slid out and apparently pinched a nerve. The pain crept back until it seemed

that every part of my body hurt.

  I had a friend who had the same condition that I have. She was injected with anesthesia and steroids and she was able to walk. I envied her and even considered have the same injections. But I have asthma, so I couldn’t have the anesthesia injection.

  Recently, when my back pain got so bad, I was confined for five days in the hospital for total bed rest, but I couldn’t tolerate the medication. I kept vomiting. On the fifth day, I asked to be released. At home, I put on all the Nikken gadgets that might help. I used the Biobeam on my back where the afflicted bones were. I used the Palm Mag on my knees and the KenkoWave on my shoulders. I used them consecutively. It took about two hours until I felt better. Then I could walk without pain. I still feel a little pain on the right hip when going up a flight of stairs, but that’s all.

  Two months after my friend injected steroids, the pain returned. I heard she went back to the hospital for a second set of injections. I no longer envy her, because, for the most part, I am pain free, thanks to all the Nikken products that I’m using!

  I’m a mother of five boys. My boys are all asthmatic and the eldest, Bravo, has ADHD.

  Before, I had a hard time because my life revolved around the schooling of my children, taking care of them, bringing them to the hospital and going to work. I didn’t have much time for myself.

  I met an American couple in Baguio City. When they saw my kids, they told me about Nikken. I promised I would attend a Nikken seminar in Manila. I did and, initially, I got two Sleep Systems for Bravo and my husband, who also could not sleep well. I also bought an Optimizer because my sister, Daisy Chi, said the oxygenated water would be good for my sons. I brought all these products back to Bacolod.

  My eldest son, Bravo, is a typical ADHD kid, hyperactive and impulsive. He’s intelligent but has a hard time in school because he has difficulty paying attention in class. He walks around the classroom. He is not able to do the seat work and the homework, and he gets instructions wrong. But he’s good at recitation. He gets into trouble because other people don’t understand his condition and, here in Bacolod, we have no schools for special children like him.

  His mind is overactive and he dreams vividly. He wakes up tired and doesn’t want to go to school. Bravo’s also erratic and temperamental, and he has tantrums.

  We brought him to psychiatrists, child doctors, developmental pediatricians. They all treated him with medication. But, after taking the medicines, Bravo complained that these were not helping him.

  I was looking for something that could help Bravo when I learned about Nikken. Bravo initially had a hard time adjusting to the Sleep System. He liked the Comforter, but not the Kenko Pad. It took a while before he slept on the magnetic bed. But after two months, we noticed that he was sleeping better.

  Today, Bravo has changed. He’s not as irritable. He is happier with his life because he gets good, restful sleep. Consequently, he is able to do more things — like study longer for school and make time for playing.

  Bravo has been on the Sleep System for more than a year now. He’s grown so tall. He’s not as sickly as before and his schoolwork has improved. Bravo is also better able to accept himself as he is.

  Some of my other boys are hyperactive, too, and all of them are asthmatic. I noticed that with drinking Optimized water and using their Sleep Systems, they are able to rest better. They’re not as sickly as before. They now have minimal medication for asthma and sometimes none. Now, the hospitalization is one or two kids a year. Before, each child was confined in the hospital two or three times a year.

  My husband was also able to get better sleep. And other people, whom I shared the Optimized water with, were also happy with the results. My mother, who has been a diabetic for many years, had an easier time controlling her blood sugar.

  On my part, I have bruising most of the time. Since I was a child, I used to get four, five or six bruises on my body. When I was young, the doctor gave me iron tables. The bruising would go away and it would be normal, but the bruising didn’t stop.

  Since I started drinking Optimized water, little by little, the bruising went away. We went on a trip to Thailand and Hong Kong last year, and I stopped drinking Optimized water. The bruising started again. When I came home, I resumed drinking Optimized water and the bruising stopped again.

  On the business side, what I did was to share my Nikken experiences with other people and to get them to use the products. They shared it with their friends, and one thing led to another and we sold a lot of items here in Bacolod.

  I went into Nikken not for the business, but mainly to help my family. I started to share my experiences with my family and my friends. They tried Nikken and benefitted. So a lot of people in my line were helped physically and also financially.
