I’m a retired banker and now a baranggay captain for 15 years. I’m 73 years old.

  I was introduced to Nikken by Greg Ching during our prayer meeting. So I attended the Wellness Preview with my wife and the other members of our group. When I joined Nikken as a consultant, I was given a pair of magnetic insoles.

  When I used the insoles for the first time, I noticed that I was invigorated. I used to jog everyday from the house to the bakery where I buy bread and I noticed that I did not get tired running the distance!

  Then, when one of my daughters was hospitalized, she was given a room on the 5th floor. I was asked to get some documents on the ground floor. The elevator took ages so I took the stairs. Going up, I negotiated the five stories two steps at a time. When I reached her room, I was told that a signature was

missing. So I had to go down again. All in all, I climbed 10 stories and I was not tired. The insoles were amazing! So ever since then, from 5:30 in the morning until late in the evening, the insoles are in my shoes.

  During Greg’s presentation, my wife Lourdes was attracted to the Optimizer because it oxygenates the water. One of our daughters has two holes in her heart, which prevents the blood from being properly oxygenated by the lungs. She gets tired easily because there is no oxygen that goes around her body.

  My daughter is invigorated by the optimized water because there is now oxygen in her blood. Even her doctors was amazed, “There is a big change in Marivic.” That confirmed our belief that the Optimizer was really helping her.

  My wife, Lourdes, was also helped by the Optimizer. At the age of 27, my wife was stricken with arthritis. It was so bad that

she couldn’t close-open her hands. She had to use her other hand to prise the fingers open and she would be in pain when she did that. Her whole arm would be in pain. Sometimes she couldn’t sleep at night because of the pain.

  When she began using the Optimizer, she felt that, all of a sudden, the pain of her arthritis was no longer there. Can you imagine? From the age of 27 to year 2004, she was suffering from arthritis. And now the arthritis is gone without taking any medicine. That’s wonderful! Can you imagine?

  That’s why, from that time on, in my sales effort, I focused on the Optimizer. All my children, my brothers and sisters, and my friends in the baranggay have the Optimizer. Of course, Nikken has helped me financially. But, what is more important to me is that I am helping people — especially my own family and friends — with the Optimizer. It’s really an amazing product!

  I’ve been with Nikken since it came to the Philippines in 1997. I’m a happy and satisfied user of all the Nikken products ever since I got my Sleep System eight years ago.

  The first product I got was the comforter because I like comforters. But, one morning, about a month later, I was so stiff I literally had to crawl out of bed. I could not move without a lot of stretching.

  I called my friend, Cecile del Castillo, and ordered the Nikken bed because I didn’t want to have that feeling again. The bed was delivered and I used it and that feeling was gone. It has not returned since.

  A story I would like to share is about my grandchild and Nikken’s travel comforter. Some time ago, the family went on a vacation to the island resort of Boracay.

  While my two-year-old granddaughter was sleeping, my daughter applied sunblock to her face, arms, legs and chest. When she woke up, my apo rushed to the beach. She spent the next few hours in and out of the water and playing on the sand under the sun.

  Around noon, my daughter remembered that she didn’t put sunblock on her child’s back because she had been sleeping

then. Too late, I said.

  I remembered the testimonies that the KenkoTherm Comforters provided some relief from pain for burn victims and somehow helped in the healing process. This was a good time to try it. So I let my apo sleep on the Travel Comforter and wrapped the rest of it around her.

  She slept well. No crying. No restlessness. In the morning, her back, face, arms and legs weren’t even red. She was OK.

  Not so my son-in-law who spent the day on beach and in the water. His body was all achy and his skin was so red. He wanted to borrow the Mini Comforter, but my grandson wouldn’t lend it to him. Isn’t it wonderful? Even young kids know the value of Nikken!

  From the home, I decided to bring Nikken to the school. When Cecile came to share the benefits of the other Nikken products, a lot of people were going in and out of my office. As I talked to some of the teachers, she talked to the others and they were interested. There was a teacher who was limping and Cecile put a Kenko wrap around his knee. He disappeared for 15 minutes and returned gasping for breath. He had walked up and down four stories several times and his bad knee didn’t bother him!

  Today, the school clinic is equipped with Nikken products, which can be used by the teachers and the students.

  In the computer lab, the children have to stay for six hours straight per class. Knowing that computers drain their energy, I put Kenko Seats on each chair so they can last the whole six hours.

  There’s an Air Wellness in every air-conditioned classroom. We need this for fresh air and negative ions to reinvigorate them and help them concentrate.

  We also have the AquaPour in the canteen, so PiMag water is available to the teachers and the students anytime.

  Before, when a teacher had a health problem, it would take three or four days before the teacher was functional again. Now, they don’t have to go home. They just rest in the clinic and, after 30 minutes, they can function again.

  On the financial side, we don’t have to buy so much medicine anymore. The teachers and the students get well faster. We try to have a holistic environment for them. We have created for the children an optimum environment of wellness to be able to absorb what is being taught to them.
